However, in case the client wants to go for SDW, the clause does not apply. Nevertheless, a police report must be registered in all cases.

In the event of an unfortunate accident or damage to the vehicle, the renter must immediately notify the police. A police report is mandatory in such cases otherwise the renter will be held responsible for the entire cost of damage to the vehicle.

While we understand that the comforts of luxury and sports cars are hard to let go of, we value punctuality. Hence, if a renter is late in returning the car as per the stipulated deadline, an additional day’s charge is applied as per the category of the vehicle – luxury, sports, or economy.
